Dorevitch Pathology is a leading provider of pathology in Victoria. Our Cytology department process a significant proportion of the state’s cervical cytology samples in addition to receiving a wide variety of non-gynaecological samples. The department boasts a full time Cytology Educational Coordinator and is committed to ongoing education.
Currently we are seeking an experienced cytology screener to join our professional team in a full time capacity (Monday to Friday) however part time will be considered.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in conventional cervical cytology, be hard-working and will have completed a B. App Sc (MLS) or equivalent. Experience in ThinPrep and non-gynaecological cytology including FNA samples would be advantageous. Trainee positions may also be considered.
Potential applicants may be required to undertake a microscopy test.
