VENUE
The new Hilton Sydney is located on George St Sydney. It is
Australia’s largest hotel meeting and convention space
offering spectacular, ultramodern facilities, conveniently
located in the city centre. The new Hilton Sydney has been
re-designed from the ground up to once again proudly be
Sydney’s premier venue for food and wine. From celebrated
New York designer Tony Chi’s elegant Glass brasserie and
Zeta bar to the opulent glory of Sydney’s most iconic bar, the
Marble bar and the quirky elegance of the GAB bar.
The new Hilton is a short walk along George St to the Queen Victoria Building and shopping centre, Circular Quay with the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, Hyde Park and the historic Rocks area. Catch the monorail to nearby Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay, or the ferry to Manly Beach. Day trips can also be arranged to the Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley wine region, South Coast, Sydney Aquarium and Taronga Zoo.
