Guidelines for Posting
To ensure this list is an effective means of discussion on topics related to Cytology the following rules must be obeyed for all messages posted to the list. it must be remembered that this is an unmoderated list so all messages posted are automatically sent to all list members.
Rules
- Topic must be related to Cytopathology.
- Message must not be self-promotion for any commercial organisation, laboratory or web site.
- Identify yourself, preferably with a short signature, so that other list members know who has posted the message.
- Only quote relevant portions when replying to a post. This prevents messages from becoming huge when a discussion results in a multi-tier thread ( replies to replies).
- Messages should be plain text or simple HTML and must not include attachments or images.
- The ListMaster's approval must be sought for meeting announcements.
- Job vacancy announcements may only be sent with the ListMaster's approval.
