Specimen type: Bronchoalveolar lavage

Clinical History:

Male, 41 years. Cough, dyspnoea, fever, nodular infiltrates. No endobronchial lesions on bronchoscopy. Query infection.
Bronchoalveolar lavage of 15mls of cloudy fluid received in Cytology laboratory.
