Cervical smear.
Clinical History:
A female aged 45 years presented with a necrotic tumour arising from within the cervix, protruding into the vagina. A cervical smear was normal smear 2 years prior.Images:

Many single cells and some groups of cells with a high N/C ratio and scant cytoplasm. The hyperchromatic nuclei have coarse chromatin with no obvious nucleoli.
