Clinical History:
57 year old male had been seeing his general practitioner for a cough. It did not respond to antibiotics and he was referred for chest x-ray. Chest x-ray identified a right hilar mass which was confirmed on CT scan.He was referred for bronchoscopy to confirm the suspected bronchogenic neoplasm.
